"How long will I be able to keep the castle?"
The castle will be delivered and erected at your selected time and can be booked for whatever duration of time you require. Standard hire should cover the duration of most functions. Extra charges will be incurred if you require a particularly late collection or if you require the castle overnight.
"What if the weather is not suitable for a Bouncy Castle on the date I have chosen or my child is ill and I have to cancel my function?"
We have a number of castles that are equiped with a cover to allow use in mild rain. If however you do not wish to proceed with your hire then no fee will be incurred as long as cancellation occurs at least one hour prior to the scheduled delivery time. Cancellation less than one hour prior to delivery will incur the full charge.
"Is a Bouncy Castle safe for my children to use?
Bouncy castles are an enjoyable and popular attraction for all children and are safe when used in a sensible and responsible manner. Full safety guidelines will be issued to you at the commencement of the hire. It is imperative that all children using the castle are supervised by a responsible adult who is aware of the safety guidelines. These Guidelines are available on this site.
"Are the castles suitable for adult use?"
No! These castles are designed specifically to cope with the stress placed upon them when used by children. Any damage caused by improper use of the castle will be chargeble to you (The hirer) therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the correct use of the castle when in your care. Adult castles are available to hire, please ask for details.
